Venison Stew

Ingredients

1.5 kg Diced Venison
500 g Butternut squash
250 g Chestnut mushrooms
2 Red onions
1 Garlic clove
150 g Cranberries
5 dl Demi glace
5 dl Meat broth
1 Orange

Verstegen Middle East – Likama Hloa

Method

Clean and dice the vegetables.

Mix the Verstegen Middle East – Likama Hloa with the venison.

Fry the venison and add the vegetables.

Deglaze the pan with the stock and demi glace.

Add the juice and zest of the orange.

Add the raisins and cranberries.

Let this stew for 3 hours.
