Festive Duck Breast with Speculaas
Ingredients
1kg Duck Breast
10g Speculaas Spice Mix
1 Honey and Mustard Micro Sauce per Breast
Method
Score the fat on the duck breasts and marinade the non fat side with the Speculaas, sprinkle salt on the fat side.
Cook the duck breast until the skin is crispy and the centre is as desired, finish with the Honey and Mustard sauce
