Festive Ribs with Speculaas

Delightfully sweet, deliciously spiced, these sticky ribs are perfect for a festive get together and best of all, simple to make!



1kg Pork Ribs

10g Speculaas Spice Mix

Verstegen Smoked Salt

2 Sweet Chilli Micro Sauces


Remove the membrane from the ribs and marinade in the Speculaas Spice mix, season with the Smoked Salt on both sides.

Wrap in a double layer of tin foil and cook for 3 hours at 140°c until tender and then chill.

Remove from fridge when required, place on a baking tray and smother the Sweet Chilli Sauce, roast to reheat and glaze the ribs at 180°c for 20 mins.
