Filo Feta Cheese Triangles



500 g feta cheese

1 Roll of filo pastry

Oil (corn oil)

1 Egg

1 Tbsp Freeze dried Mint

1 Tbsp Freeze dried Parsley

1 Tbsp Freeze dried Dill

Spicemix del Mondo – Za’atar


Mix the feta cheese with the Verstegen Freeze dried Mint, Parsley, Dill and the egg.

Place 2 sheets of filo dough on top of each other and cut into 3 strips of 5 cm wide.

Spoon a little mixture at the bottom of the strip and fold the strip diagonally into triangles.

Do the same with the rest of the dough. Heat the corn oil  in a thick-bottomed pan and fry the triangles until golden brown.

Drain and sprinkle generously with the Verstegen Spicemix del Mondo – Za’atar.
