GOULASH SOUP

Ingredients

1750g Mixed peppers (chopped)
3 Lrg onions (chopped)
3 Lrg leeks (chopped)
6 Sticks celery (chopped)
5L Water
1 Bucket Sauce for Goulash
250g World Grill Piri Piri

Method

Cook the vegetables in the water until tender and cooked through, add the Sauce for Goulash and the World Grill Piri Piri and puree with a stick blender or food processor.
