500g Crumbled Haggis
25g Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE
Sliceable Mushroom Sauce
Decoration Blend Rotterdam PURE

Method
Mix the minced beef and haggis with the Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE.
Weigh in to 125g balls and wrap around 10g of Sliceable Mushroom Sauce.
Roll each ball in Decoration Blend Rotterdam PURE and place in a muffin case
Cook at 180°c gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or a core temperature of 72°c.
