Haggis Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients

1000g Diced Haggis
700g Hachee Sauce
1000g Mashed Potato
50g World Grill Honey Mustard
Decoration Blend Espagnol
Scotch Pie Cases

Method

Mix together the diced haggis and Hachee Sauce and fill the Scotch pie cases.
Add the World Grill Honey Mustard to the mash, mix well and pipe on to the filling.
Garnish with Decoration Blend Espagnol.

Cook at 170°c gas mark 3-4 for 25-20 minutes or a core temperature of 72°c.
