Haggis Spring Roll

HAGGIS SPRING ROLL

Ingredients

1000g Crumbled Haggis
200g Chopped Spring Onions
700g Piri Piri Sauce PURE
World Grill Japanese Flowers
Sesame Seeds
Sesame Seeds Black
Flour Tortillas

Method

Mix together the haggis, spring onion and Piri Piri Sauce PURE.
Spoon an amount on to the flour tortillas and wrap.
Brush the top with World Grill Japanese Flowers and sprinkle with Sesame Seeds and Sesame Seeds Black.

Cook at 160°c gas mark 3 for 25-20 minutes or a core temperature of 72°c.
