Ingredients

8 Small Cooking Pumpkins
1kg Chicken Thigh (diced)
1kg Sauce for Hashed Meat
20g Spice Mix for Chicken
250g Sliceable Mushroom Sauce
200g Button Mushrooms (sliced)
2 Onions (sliced)

Method

Cut the top off the pumpkin and scoop out the seeds. Combine the chicken thigh, Spice Mix for Chicken, Sauce for Hashed Meat, mushrooms and onions and fill each pumpkin with roughly 300g of the mixture.
Cut the Sliceable Mushroom Sauce into 8 equal pieces and place on the top of the filled pumpkins.

Cook at 180°c for 1hr 15 minutes
