Halloween Pork, Leek and Cheese Pumpkin

HALLOWEEN PORK LEEK AND CHEESE

Ingredients

5 Small Cooking Pumpkins
1kg Minced Pork
50g Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE
250g Sliceable Pepper Sauce
200g Grated Cheese
200g Sliced Leeks (thin)

Method

Cut the top off the pumpkin and scoop out the seeds. Combine the minced pork, Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE, cheese and leeks and divide into 5 portions.
Cut the Sliceable Pepper Sauce into 50g pieces and encase the sauce in the meat mixture.
Stuff each pumpkin with the finished mix.

Cook at 180°c for 1hr 15 minutes
