Halloween Spicy Bombay Lamb Pumpkin
6 Small Cooking Pumpkins
1kg Lean Diced Lamb Leg
400g Bombay Curry Sauce
80g Sambal Oelek
20g Spicemix del Mondo Masala
300g Cooked Rice (Packet)
2 Onions Sliced
Cut the top off the pumpkin and scoop out the seeds, put 50g of cooked rice in the bottom of each pumpkin.
In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients and distribute equally between the hollowed out pumpkins.
Cook at 180°c for 1hr 15 minutes
