Ham Bubble Potato Cakes, Salsa Cajun Sauce
500g Pre made mashed potato
250g Diced ham trim
150g Dehydrated Julienne Veg (Hydrated)
Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
Combine the mash, ham trim and Dehydrated Julienne Veg (hydrated) and portion into equal sized potato cakes.
Top with the cherry tomatoes and grated cheese and serve on a bed of Cajun Salsa.
