60 g Chive Rings- Cut
3 kg Grilled sausage
Spring onion (julienne)
Red onion (thin rings)

Method
Cut the grilled sausage into very fine strips.
Mix the Classic Sherry Cocktail Sauce, the Chive rings and the grilled sausage strips together.
Decorate the top of the hearty salad with the grilled sausage, sliced spring onion and red onion.
