Home made Herb Butter

This homemade herb butter is delicious on toast or baguette. This is a recipe for 1 block of herb butter.

Ingredients

250 g Unsalted butter
1 Bag of Mix for Herb butter
Baguette or toast

Method

Let the unsalted butter come to room temperature.

Mix the butter with the Herb Mix and blend well. If necessary, put the herb butter in the fridge to stiffen.

Serve the homemade herb butter on a baguette.

Serving tip
The herb butter that is left over is also delicious on corn on the cob or jacket potatos.
