5 Thick Pork Sausages
5 Rashers Streaky Bacon
125g Sliceable Honey and Mustard Sauce
Decoration Blend France
Grated Cheese

Method

Spit the sausages lengthways leaving the ends intact to create a pocket. Stuff 25g of Sliceable Honey and Mustard Sauce into each sausage, top with grated cheese and wrap in streaky bacon.
Finish with Decoration Blend France.
