Ingredients

Makes aprox.12L

2.5kg Carrots (chopped)
3 Lrg Onions
3 Lrg Leeks
6 Sticks celery
5L Water
1 Bucket Honey Mustard Sauce
250g World Grill Ginger Lemon and Chilli

Method

Cook the vegetables in the water until tender and cooked through, add the Honey Mustard Sauce and World Grill Lemon, Ginger and Chilli and puree with a stick blender or food processor.
