Honey Mustard Gammon Crumble Pie
Ingredients
6 Scotch pie bases
Gammon trim (small dice)
Bond DS
Sliceable Honey Mustard Sauce
Pre made festive stuffing (additional dried cranberries and chestnuts)
Method
Lightly dust the diced gammon trim in the Bond DS and half fill each pie base. Top with 25g of Sliceable Honey Mustard Sauce. Finish the pie by crumbling the pre made stuffing on to the filling and garnishing appropriately.
