1kg Lamb mince
50g Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE
Sliceable Honey and Mustard Sauce
Schnitzel Mix Mosaic
Batter & Shake
Method
Combine the lamb mince with the Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE and portion into 75g balls. Stuff each ball with a chunk of the Sliceable Honey and Mustard Sauce and coat in the Schnitzel Mix Mosaic using the Batter & Shake.
