Honey Mustard Potato and Ham Cake

Ingredients

500g Mashed potato (pre made)
500g Ham trim (chopped)
25g Bond Vero PURE
Sliceable Honey Mustard Sauce
Crispy Onions
Streaky bacon

Method

Combine the mashed potato with the ham trim and Bond Vero PURE. Divide into 75g balls, place a slice of Sliceable Honey Mustard Sauce in between 2 ham and potato cakes and shape into burger. Wrap a piece of streaky around each ham and potato cake and top with the Crispy Onions.
