Hungarian Beef Goulash

Ingredients

1kg Diced Topside or Rump (1/2 inch dice)
20g Beef Steak Spices
10g Bond DS Pure
250g White Onion (diced)
250g Red Peppers (sliced)
200g Small New Potatoes (tinned)
1.2kg Goulash Sauce PURE

Method

Coat the diced beef in the Bond DS Pure and Beef Steak Spices.
Add the vegetables and Goulash Sauce PURE and mix well.

Oven cook at 180°c Gas Mark 4 for 40-45 minutes stirring halfway through.
