Ingredients

Makes 2 mugs:

600 ml milk (or water)
2 Heaped tsp ground Turmeric
½ Tsp ground Cinnamon
½ Tsp ground Cardamom
1 Tsp ground Ginger
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Pinch of Sea Salt

Preparation:
Heat the milk (or the water) and add all the ground spices. Let this simmer for 5 minutes, keep stiring. Pass the infusion through a sieve and divide between 2 mugs.
