Immune Boosting Drink (Golden Milk)

Could your immune system do with a boost?

With different spices, you can create a warm spiced drink ‘golden milk’. The combination of the spices in this hot milk infusion gives your body’s natural resistance a welcome boost.



Heat the milk (or the water) and add all the ground spices. Let this simmer for 5 minutes, keep stiring. Pass the infusion through a sieve and divide between 2 mugs.
