Chunky Mango Chutney
Spicemix Del Mondo Massala PURE
World Grill Indian Mystery PURE
Desiccated Coconut

Method
Lay the chicken thighs skin side down and season with Spicemix Del Mondo Massala PURE.
Place a teaspoon of mango chutney in each one.
Roll up and secure with a skewer.
Finish with World Grill Indian Mystery PURE and top with coconut.
BBQ or oven cook at 180°c Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
