Ingredients

Toasted pitta breads
Loaded Topping Indian Coconut Curry
Sambal Oelek
Lettuce (shredded)
Tomato (sliced)
Spring onion (sliced)

Method

Cut the toasted pittas in half, heat the Indian Coconut Curry Loaded Topping and stuff into the pittas, finish with the prepared salad and Sambal Oelek.
