Flatten the beef with a fat basher.
Season with Beef Steak Spices.
Spread with cream cheese and top with the roasted peppers and spinach leaves.
Roll up and secure with a skewer.
Brush with World Grill Cielo Rosso PURE and top with pine nuts.
Oven cook at 180°c Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 minutes.
