Ingredients
1kg Pork mince
50g Mix for Hamburger Complete
250g Jambalaya Mélange (hydrated)
World Grill Cajun Louisiana
Sliceable Garlic Sauce
Cooked rice
Mushrooms (sliced)
Tomato
Thyme
Method
Combine the pork mince with the Mix for Hamburger Complete and Jambalaya Mélange and form into truffles, brush with the World Grill Cajun Louisiana . Put some rice in the bottom, followed by the mushrooms and then a slice of the Sliceable Garlic Sauce.
