1 kg Rice (Basmati)
Bell pepper (green)
150g Red onion
175 g Jambalaya Melange
5 g Cajun spice mix (with salt)
50ml Sambal Oelek
100g Crispy Onions
600g Cooked Meat or Shell Fish
Cut the onion, bell pepper and celery into strips and fry.
Cook the rice.
Boil 500 ml of water and add the Jambalaya Melange for 10 minutes.
Mix in the shellfish or meat and add the Sambal and Cajun Spice Mix .
Add the cooked rice, fry briefly and finish with the Crispy Onions.
