Jerk Turkey with Pineapple and Chilli
Ingredients
1kg Turkey tail fillets
World Grill Jamaican Jerk
Pineapple Chilli Sauce
Tinned pineapple rings
Small red chillies
Fresh thyme
Method
Brush the turkey tail fillets with the World Grill Jamaican Jerk. Place on a pineapple ring and then onto the Pineapple Chilli Sauce and garnish with red chilli and thyme.
