Spicy, tangy and sweet, these turkey fillet ends are brushed with World Grill Jamaican Jerk and served with pineapple and chilli sauce.

1kg Turkey tail fillets
World Grill Jamaican Jerk
Pineapple Chilli Sauce
Tinned pineapple rings
Small red chillies
Fresh thyme

Method

Brush the turkey tail fillets with the World Grill Jamaican Jerk. Place on a pineapple ring and then onto the Pineapple Chilli Sauce and garnish with red chilli and thyme.
