Kumar’s Green Curry Cod
3 Tablespoons coconut milk
1 Tablespoon Kumar’s Green Curry Paste
A pinch of salt
Vegetable mix: Mushrooms, spring onions, cherry tomatoes
Combine all ingredients well. Add to the cod and marinate for half an hour.
Finely chop the vegetables.
Melt some butter in a frying pan and cook the fish.
Remove fish from frying pan.
Add vegetables to the same frying pan and cook in the remainder of the sauce.
Arrange the fish on the vegetables to serve.
