Oriental Vegetables (peppers, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, spring onion)
Coat the diced chicken in World Grill Lemon & Green Pepper and thread on to skewers.
Mix the chopped oriental vegetables with Lemon Coriander Sauce and spoon in to a foil tray.
Lay 3 skewers on top and drizzle with Asian Black Pepper Sauce.
Finish with Sesame Seeds and Sesame Seeds Black.
Cook at 170°c gas mark 3-4 for 20-25 minutes or a core temperature of 72°c.
