Meaty Nacho and Jalapenos Pigs

A spicy alternative to pigs in blankets, serve with Christmas dinner, as part of a buffet or simply as nibbles with drinks.

 

MEATY NACHO AND JALEPENEOS PIGS EDIT

Ingredients

1kg Sausage meat
Streaky bacon
Sliceable Nacho Cheese Sauce
Sliced Jalapenos

Method

Weigh out the sausage meat into 50g balls and allow 2 rashers of bacon per sausage ball. Cut a small piece of Sliceable Nacho Cheese Sauce per ball and stuff the sausage meat with the sauce and a slice of jalapenos, wrap in bacon and secure with a cocktail stick.
