Mexican Chicken & Chorizo
Cut a pocket in the thick end of the chicken fillet 3/4 of the way in.
Cut the cheddar and chorizo in the same size lengths and place a piece of each in the pocket.
Wrap in streaky bacon, brush with World Grill Mexican Madness PURE and dust with Spicemix Del Mondo Guadalajara PURE.
Oven cook at 180°c Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
