Ingredients

250g Lamb Rump (large cube)
250g Pork Fillet (large cube)
250g Chicken Fillet (large cube)
250g Peppers and Onions (cut chunky)
75g World Grill Persian Market
20g Spice Mix Chermoula

Method

Marinate the meat in the World Grill Persian Market and the Spice Mix Chermoula and thread on to skewers with the onion and pepper.
