Latin Meatball Skewers

Peru is part of Latin America and the Peruvian influences are therefore reflected in this year’s BBQ inspiration. For these skewers, the Spice Mix Peru is used, which fits perfectly with this dish from the barbecue. Serve the skewer with Guilt Free Salsa Tex Mex.



1 kg Minced meat (70% pork / 30% beef)
Bacon lean (sliced)
Bamboo sticks gunshaped 180 mm
100 g Parmesan cheese (flakes)
30 g Binding Vero pure
30 g Spice mix Peru
Guilt Free Salsa Tex Mex


Mix the minced meat with the Parmesan cheese, the Binding Vero and the Spice Mix Peru.

Roll balls of about 25 grams in a slice of lean smoked bacon.

Thread 3 monkey balls on 2 Bamboo Sticks gunshaped 180 mm.
