MUSHROOM AND GARLIC SOUP 1

Ingredients

Makes Aprox.12L
1250g Mushrooms (sliced)
3 Lrg onions
3 Lrg leeks
6 Sticks celery
5L Water
2.7l Bucket Mushroom Sauce (wild)
250g World Grill French Garden

Method

Cook the vegetables in the water until tender and cooked through, add the Mushroom Sauce (wild) and the World Grill French Garden and puree with a stick blender or food processor.
