Nacho Cheese and Jalapeños Pork Sausage

NACHO CHEESE AND JALEPENEOS SAUSAGE

Ingredients

1kg 50/50 Pork leg/belly
250g Sliceable Nacho Cheese Sauce
35g All in One Mix for Sausage
100g Pickled Jalapeños (chopped)

Method

Mince the pork with the Sliceable Nacho Cheese Sauce. Once minced combine with the All in One Mix for Sausage and chopped jalapeños, fill into sausage skins.
