Panna Cotta
Ingredients
6 dl Cream
70 g Sugar
6.5 g Gelatin
5 g Freshly Middle East – Likama Hloa
Method
Heat the cream with the sugar and Verstegen Fresh Middle East – Likama Hloa.
Soak the gelatin and dissolve in the warm cream.
Strain and fill with the glasses with the cooled composition.
Refrigerate and serve with fresh seasonal fruits.
