Pasta Salad with Smoked Salmon



2 Spring onions
1 Roasted red pepper
1 Roasted yellow pepper
25 g Black olives
100 g Smoked salmon
1 slice Ciabatta bread
1/2 dl Olive oil
200 g Pasta (cooked)
35 g Capers
15 g Rocket
1 Tomato
Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Olive oil
Spicemix del Mondo – Mediterranean


Cut the spring onion, peppers, olives and salmon.

Cut croutons from the ciabatta bread.

Mix the olive oil with the Verstegen Spicemix del Mondo – Mediterranean and mix half the pasta salad.

Mix the croutons with the remaining oil.

Bake crispy in the oven (120 degrees – 15 to 20 min).

Mix the cooked pasta with the salmon, spring onion, peppers, capers and olives.

Mix the olive oil and Spicemix del Mondo – Mediterranean into the pasta.

Place the salad on a plate and garnish with tomato, croutons and rocket.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pasta salad.
