Peppered Haggis Pakora

Ingredients

Haggis
Schnitzel Mix 4 Season Pepper PURE
Batter & Shake

Method

Cut the haggis in to even sized discs.
Coat in Batter & Shake and pass through Schnitzel Mix 4 Season Pepper PURE

Cook at 180°c gas mark 4 for 15-20 minutes or a core temperature of 72°c.
