Ingredients

1 kg Sea bass (fillet)
80 g World Grill – Fuego Peru
Skewer (metal)

Method

Marinate the sea bass fillets with the World Grill – Fuego Peru.

Thread a marinated sea bass fillet onto a metal skewer. Cook on a bbq for 2 minutes either side.
