Pork, Apple and Stilton Burgers
Ingredients
1kg Pork Mince
50g Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE
100g Dried Apple (chopped)
150g Sliceable Stilton Sauce
Method
Combine the pork mince, Mix for Hamburger Complete PURE and chopped dried apple and make 12 equal sized patties. Take 25g Sliceable Stilton Sauce and press in between 2 patties, continue process to create remaining burgers.
