Pork Gyros Kebab

Ingredients

750g Pork Leg or Shoulder (thinly sliced)
1 Pepper, 1 Onion (sliced)
250g Frozen Chips
75g World Grill Greek Passion
10g Spice Mix Gyros

Accompaniments
Yogurt Garlic Sauce
Pita Bread

Method

Combine the thinly sliced pork with the peppers, onions, frozen chips, World Grill Greek Passion and Spice Mix Gyros.

Cook in the oven at 170c for 35 minutes and serve in Pita Bread with Yogurt Garlic Sauce.
