Cajun Prawns

Stir fried king prawns marinated in a spice mix cajun. Together with the fresh salad and rice, this is a tasty, nutritious and light meal.



450 g Peeled shrimps
400 g Rice of your choice
5 Vine tomatoes
1 Red onion
50 g Black olives
½ Cucumber
1 Tbsp Pure spice mix – Cajun
3 g Fresh chives
2 Tbsp
Extra olive oil virgin
Salt, to taste


Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Mix the shrimps with the Pure Spice Mix – Cajun and the sunflower oil. Marinate briefly.

Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into wedges, the red onion in half rings and the cucumber in half slices. Halve the black olives. Chop the fresh chives. Mix everything in a bowl and sprinkle with the olive oil.

Heat a wok pan on the fire and fry the prawns in about 5 minutes. Serve the prawns with the rice and salad.
