Pulled Turkey Drumstick Roll, Onion and Sweet Chilli Sauce

Cooking turkey drumsticks overnight and shredding them makes for an interesting festive alternative to pulled pork.  Marinated in BBQ flavours and served with an onion and sweet chilli sauce it would grace any hot cabinet any time of year.

PULLED TURKEY DRUMSTICK ROLL WITH SWEET CHILLI AND ONION EDIT

Ingredients

2 Turkey Drumsticks
150g Marinade BBQ
Coleslaw made with 75/25 mayo and Smokey BBQ Sauce
Onion and Sweet Chilli Sauce
Roll of choice

Necessities

Marinade the drumsticks in the Marinade BBQ overnight, Cook on overnight setting 75c, full steam.
Remove from the bag and shred the meat.
Load up the roll with the coleslaw, pulled turkey meat and Onion and Sweet Chilli Sauce.
