Quesadilla with Minced Beef, Red Cabbage and Avocado Mousse

4 Large pita breads
200 g Minced beef
100 g Sliced ​​red cabbage
1 Avocado
½ Lime
100 g Grated cheese
½ Red onion
1 Clove of garlic
2 Tbsp Ras El Hanout
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste


Finely chop the red onion and garlic. Remove the stone from the avocado and mash. Add 1/4 of the finely chopped red onion and the juice of the lime. Mix together and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and ¾ of the finely chopped red onion. Add the minced meat and the Ras El Hanout and fry the minced meat gently.

In the meantime, open the pita bread. Fill with the minced meat, the red cabbage and the grated cheese.

Grill the filled pita bread all around brown in a panini grill, so that the cheese melts. Serve the avocado mousse with the pita quesadilla.
