Quick Cook Cajun Pork Belly
Ingredients
1kg Pork Belly (rindless/scored)
100g Marinade Western
10g Cajun Blend
6g Nitrite Salt
Garnish
Orange Slices and Fresh Thyme
World Grill Cajun Louisiana
Method
Marinate the pork belly in the Marinade Western, Cajun Blend and Nitrite Salt for a minimum of 12 hours or overnight.
Brush with World Grill Cajun Louisiana and garnish with the orange slices and thyme.
Cook at 150 °c / gas mark 2 for 45 minutes or until core temperature reaches 72 °c.
