Sausage Meat
Sliceable Chimichurri Sauce
Kibbled Onions Crispy Fried
Cherry Tomatoes

Small Skewers
Method
Weigh out the sausage meat in to 75g portions and press in to burgers.
Top with a burger slice of Sliceable Chimichurri Sauce, place another burger on top and press together.
Coat each burger in Kibbled Onions Crispy Fried.
Top with half a cherry tomato and secure with a skewer.
Oven cook at 170°c gas mark 3 for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
