Spanish Chicken with Chorizo & Peppers


Chicken Fillets
Chorizo (diced)
Red Peppers (sliced small)
Spicemix Del Mondo Flamenco
World Grill Spanish Harbour PURE



Make an incision down the top of the chicken fillet to form a pocket.
Mix equal amounts of chorizo and red peppers together and season with Spicemix Del Mondo Flamenco.
Fill the pocket with the mix and secure with chicken bands.
Brush with World Grill Spanish Harbour PURE and a sprinkle of Spicemix Del Mondo Flamenco.

Oven cook at 180°c Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
