Spanish Pork and Pepper Ring Kebab

Ingredients

1kg Pork Loin (skin off)
1 Red 1 Yellow Pepper (diced)
World Grill Spanish Harbour

Butchers twine and needle.

Method

Cut the pork into similar size pieces including the fat and thread onto the twine with a piece of pepper in between each piece of meat.

Brush with the World Grill Spanish Harbour and tie the ends together to create a ring kebab.
