1kg Lamb mince
60g Mix for Hamburger Chimichurri
250g Feta cheese
50g Sambal Oelek
Decoration Blend France
Fresh Chillies
Method
Combine the beef mince with the Mix for Hamburger Chimichurri, Sambal Oelek and feta cheese.
Shape into burgers and edge with Decoration Blend France and fresh chillies.
