Tandoori Chicken Legs, Sweet Potato Curry
Ingredients
1kg Chicken Legs (trimmed and scored)
100g World Grill Indian Tandoori PURE
10g Spicemix del Mondo Massala PURE
400g Sweet Potato (small dice)
1 Medium Onion (diced)
1 Yellow Pepper (diced)
500g Yogurt Garlic Sauce
50g World Grill Indian Tandoori PURE
Method
Trim the knuckle of the chicken leg and cap with a piece of silver foil.
Marinate the legs in the World Grill Indian Tandoori PURE and the Spicemix del Mondo Massala PURE.
For the curry combine the small dice of sweet potato, onions and peppers with the Yogurt Garlic Sauce and the World Grill Indian Tandoori PURE.
